Questions about pricing
Why don't you publish fixed plans?
Because no two Nigerian SMEs we've onboarded ended up needing the same thing. A 30-person logistics company runs payroll + attendance + assets hard but barely touches appraisals. A 200-person consultancy lives in reports + appraisals + expenses. Flat tiered pricing punishes both. A short sales call lets us scope what you actually need, and quote accordingly.
How do I get pricing for my team?
Email sales@staffnet.app or use the contact form. We reply within one business day with a quote and an activation code. The code is what you paste into your workspace to go live.
Will I be billed monthly or yearly?
Yearly. One invoice, one renewal date, one less thing to chase. Multi-year terms available on request.
What if I add staff mid-year?
Within your band, no change. If you outgrow your band, sales reaches out to upsize and we pro-rate.
Do you offer a refund?
7-day no-questions-asked refund. After that, we'd rather get on a call and help you make it work.
